See also our End User Licence Agreement.

You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;

You keep ownership of content you create or upload (“User Content”). You give us a limited licence to host, process and display User Content only as needed to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to use it.
AI‑generated output
Some Apps may offer features powered by artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, and is provided for informational and creative purposes only. Review output before relying on it, and do not use it as professional (for example medical, legal or financial) advice. You must not use AI features to create unlawful or infringing content.

The Services, including software, design, graphics, text, logos and trademarks, are owned by Medir Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
Third‑party services
The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third‑party services and ads. We are not responsible for third‑party content, products or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medir Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medir Limited from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the Apps. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to the Services and Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice in the App. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
